Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1271, by Séoú Yoīb̪f̄̄ 'Erica Hamsy' Yó̄kīs Mēb Ha̋chīy. The establishment of Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Séoú Yoīb̪f̄̄ 'Erica Hamsy' Yó̄kīs Mēb Ha̋chīy electing to pay people to resettle in Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v.
Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v is buildings are located arround a single premissive split-log ties mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The city's would-be-castle fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the city.
Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v’s streets. The city is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Bi̊mtāp Ji̊ Qi̊v's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows.
